Post burgers and beer Thursday

My niece's college is the host school for the VP debate tonight.  Should be an interesting night.  I am thinking of taking Jet Blue up on their offer to register for a drawing that if your candidate does not win, you get a free trip.  I am not losing my confidence that the Democratic ticket will win, but it is a minefield on so many levels between now and Nov 6.  Had dinner with friends last night where we all agreed on what to have for dinner, but I know that they are as committed to voting for their people as I am for mine.  It is an interesting world.  It is almost over and everyone will have done whatever they think they need to do to win. 

I am having an exercise lapse so I will try to figure that out over the next few days.  Sun is going down in the 6 p.m. hour as of today or tomorrow so there is an urgency.  Work at VSW has backfilled the time I have usually exercised the last two days.  Dinner last night worked against it to.  Add to that that I missed a call from my son last night.  Have not heard from him since early September.  So I am a bit "off kilter" as I start the day.

Have a "long day" at VSW tonight - I did have a Eureka moment yesterday that should help me for the Spring season.  Keep a good thought for that.  And with my cosmic guidance...I think I will need some "thought support".

Then when I get home tonight, I need to prepare the apartment for company and pack for my weekend trip to the Cape.  Sister arriving tomorrow.
