CD/IPD Monday

Seemed so appropriate on this day that yesterday "Jingle Dress Dancing" was introduced to me via one of my favorite shows - America Outdoors with Baratunde Thurston - Utah episode.  Jingle Dress Project.   Another "chance" TV experience.  Eugene Tapahe Photography.    What a gift.  The 4 Worlds.  Healing.  Other viewing yesterday - Prof G with Senator Murphy, WBD, Beyond the Veil about the eclipse this week.  Talked to sister #6 and she said to look up the recent Vanity Fair article about RFK Jr.  Not too flattering in her mind.  I did sign up to virtually attend his announcement today in PA...  

I am burning through the Grohl book.  One line hit me especially this a.m.  In the Everyday is a blank page chapter...Grohl had just had the outreach to join up with Nirvana.  He called his mother.  "I know you love your friends, but sometimes you have to put your needs in front of others.  You have to take care of yourself." Coming from a woman whose entire life was the exact opposite of that.  I am personally glad my son innately followed his own drummer. Had to smile using that last phrase in this context writing about Grohl. :)

Walk conversation with myself as to how to approach the next 14 months.  I will see where the eclipse energy takes me with that.  Hannah Fowler and Center for Conscious Living & Dying - Presence. Empowerment. Connection, Warren Wilson College.  Feels like my starting point.  

Woke up to a text to see if I wanted to walk with family friend and TWO grandsons (she sent it last night after I had already closed down communications :) ...I will text her back in a minute to say of course.
