Newsy day

Prof G weekly show this a.m. - Ozempic having a bigger impact on economy than AI...who would ever think those would be the first words I would hear someone say this a.m.  You know that sets my hair on fire that this is the way our society attacks obesity.  Oh well.  Other new-sy from yesterday - Lewis, Random, a bit of horoscope.  Then Kennedy announcement.  Interesting that it got no media coverage on my regular TV... I think it is a big announcement but with war taking the air out of the room.  We will see. Started WBD with Joseph Wang that I will finish up today.  

Missed 60 Minutes on Sunday but had to smile when I heard ICON was featured.  It was awhile back that I spoke about that company...

I had a great walk with family friend and two grandchildren, then I sat in the car with the boys while she went into the grocery store.  Then she dropped me off along her way and I walked home.  ZEN DC in the evening.  Spent time sharing about Eugene Tapahe with friends and family.  Art Heals:  The Jingle Dress Project.  

But I need to zoom in on that today is Tuesday.  :)  Wash dishes and clothes, go to Shoprite - don't need many items, Walk, CA DC at 1 p.m.  Need to call Liberty Bank and see when I can close down my HSA as it gets low value as no money in, only out.  

A minor setback could easily send you into a tailspin, but only if you allow it to assume an importance in your mind that it does not deserve. If something small is taken away from you today, expect something much bigger to replace it quite soon.

There's electricity in the air today, which may spur you to make a significant change in one area of your life. Try not to rush on this one. Don't change just for the sake of change, but really examine something that needs to shift. Not what to be on the lookout for in my day today so I will just "do" my Tuesday.  4:42 a.m. as we speak.  Paid my COMCAST highway robbery bill this a.m.  $105.85 for TV and internet.  It reminds me each month as to how lazy I am as to getting smarter about how I get my TV and internet.  :/  Oh well.  I am drowning my sorrow by reading my Grohl book.  Great book.  I never have trouble distracting myself with shiny objects.  :)  Have a good Tuesday.
