Might have overdone the walking a bit yesterday... :)

Listening to Prof G with Fareed Zakaria.  Small world, he was at my niece's graduation from Smith back in the day.  My father was much more taken with seeing him than his granddaughter's events.  :)

Yesterday - when I opened my phone this a.m. - Last time I looked at my phone 7:29 p.m., then this a.m. 4:24 a.m.  I read for a bit last night but collapsed.  I walked yesterday for a full 4 hours if not a bit more.  I did my usual Shoppes route with a quick swing through ALDI.  Recon at Shoprite and ALDI for what I might need on Tuesday.

Listening yesterday - Finished latest WBD, Grant Williams with Stansberry, Kennedy interview with Aubrey Marcus, All-In.  Kensenya and BTV - sounds like a time to take advantage of the "cosmic garbage disposal", "survive and thrive" message from the stars as to what is possible.  Listened to the UMASS quarterback interview from last week.  Score from the Penn State game was tough to see yesterday.  UMASS and Colorado - not so uplifting; UNC saved the week last night.  :)  I "watched" a former co worker's time online as she ran her first marathon!  And checked out about rental cars to see what the "pain" might be if I needed to rent a car to do travel going forward...not as bad as I thought.

Walk Shoppes route (10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), THEN I got home at 12:30 p.m. and read my emails.  W&T book club was 2nd Sat not 3rd this month...so I got up and out at 1:15 p.m. and got home at 3:30 p.m.  Lots of foot falls on the pavement.  :)  With that in mind, I am thinking if I do my long walk today or not.  Funny life I live.  Also checked and my local OSJL to see that they had my 2024 calendar in stock.

You can, if you wish, ride to the rescue of a friend who has got themselves in all sorts of trouble but maybe you should let them suffer a bit, for their own good of course. How else are they going to learn not to be so reckless?

This would be a good day to pursue some new interests. Perhaps you've recently discovered a book that opens up new areas for you. If dreams recently punctuated your sleep, try to recall the general feeling you had and reflect on that for a while. You'll probably realize it's only emotional residue from all the exhaustion of the past few weeks catching up with you.

The moon migrates into Scorpio early this morning, dear Libra, bringing a cleansing and stabilizing energy to the table. Use these supportive vibes to recharge after yesterday's full moon, grounding through your senses and small moments of pleasure. Check in with your Sunday to-do list when Saturday activates, finding comfort in your routines and chipping away at tasks. Passions ignite when Mars activates in our skies, pushing you to find movement without feeling rushed. Sweetness surrounds you later in the afternoon when Luna blows a kiss to Venus, encouraging you to embrace solitude while treating yourself to some TLC.

3rd week of the month so I will have lots of input from people who are talking my talk.  :)  I will keep mind and heart open.  Also got an email from sister #1 about Thanksgiving.  I will see what everyone wants to do or not do.  Here goes Sunday.  Have a good one.
