Had a BOB'S $10 Birthday Month reward in my email box on Sunday a.m. :) So I decided that I would take my car out on a Monday and see what is out there. I also had to take a ride to the next town over to go get some cash at my bank that sold its building in my town for someone to open a cannabis store...and removed any ATM in town where I would not have to pay a fee. So to finish the Bob's story, I got to where the Bob's had been the last time I went shopping to find a Go-Kart track place...but the Bob's had moved over and become a smaller warehouse store. So my expectations were low at that point that I would find anything. I told the sales person - size 7, under $50. He brought out the Cloudfoam and they worked. So I went up to the check out. $49.99 - $10 birthday - $10 rewards that have been sitting in my account for a bit. Found this from October 29 2022...Then on to Bob's to use my birthday rewards to buy sneakers. Can't tell if I got a real deal. I am thinking Bob's have shoes that have been discontinued. But "labeled" as $79.00, on sale for $49, then with my $10 off. I will tell myself that I did OK. :) I did better this year with the additional $10 - $75 orig, then $49.99, then $20 off. Another example of my overthinking things. :)
NE FL DC last night. Brought up the memorial service and the AI'd eulogy. Got a conversation going to say the least. There was something I wanted to research from the Travels with George book...but I did not write it down yesterday and now it is gone. Hmmm....
So walk, bank, Bob's, did stop and buy a lottery ticket. Line up for listening this a.m. All-In, Rich Roll, Prof G, finished listening to the Martha's Vineyard Book event. Kara Swisher, Seth Meyers. Today will be wash clothes, dishwasher, Shoprite. Walk. No DC's.
