Another high input day - Tuesday

Posting a pic of the invite to my going away party from Houston TX in 1995.  Had a call yesterday from a former Houston co worker as she shared about the next generation of leadership taking over in 2024.  2024 is the 40th anniversary of the company's formation.  When I joined it was a one office with 12 agents, 4 owners.  Now 2 owners, 3 offices, hundreds of agents.  I completely enjoyed being in on the ground floor and watching it grow.  And glad to see that the daughters of the two owners will be the next generation of leaders/owners.  

Also heard from son putting some shape to a Jan trip to FL to see him and his plan to head to Europe for awhile in March 2024.  What a life.  He is off to Art Basel today for an event on Sunday.  

Yesterday Shoprite, walk, chores. Reported out to PD buddy as he asked about my sr disc activity :) - Nothing earth-shattering $32/$18 spending/savings day BUT free bananas on my next shopping trip up to $2.50 worth.  Bit chilly on my walk but got better as it went on.   Chatted with a couple of high school classmates on my walk yesterday.  Prof G and some WBD listening.  Listening to Vallis this a.m.  Waiting to see if family friend and grandson want to walk today.  Might be a bit chilly for the little one so we will see if I am going it alone or not today.  TX friend is busy in NM getting ready for her daughter's baby shower.  I did pick a book on my way home on my walk yesterday.  The next two in the Krueger mystery series not in yet, so I took a chance on "The Quiet Tenant".  Seems good so far.  

The message of the stars today is that what has been your number one priority on the work front these past few months is no longer worth the time or your energy. Be ruthless and let colleagues know that from now on they are on their own.

Consider taking a mental health day or at least taking it easy this morning, dear Libra, as the Virgo moon and Pluto align overhead.
