Lots of caring input...

Between the phone and my mailbox, lots of caring input.  This heart polished out of a rock was in my mailbox when I got home from my walk from friends in NC.  We go back and forth with things in heart shape and as their message in the card - "whenever we see a heart in nature, we think of you." and the pic on the card a picture of Yosemite.  A holiday card from one of my former school #1 bosses.  He and wife will be off to AZ after 20 years at the former school as a teacher and he was an alum - peace, hope, love image.  CA friend from DCs called.  Son called.  Trying to figure out timing for a Jan trip for me to Tarpon Springs to try his buddies' new airbnb. 

Saw this Rumi quote somewhere...should have made a note where.  :)  Yesterday's listening - Yusko, Real Vision, Rich Roll, Prof G.  WBD as we speak.  FL DC last night.  Today Shoprite and walk.  

You may have a few things to complain about today but why waste your time and energy on matters that you probably can’t do much about? Instead, act as if everything in your world is running smoothly and you are the happiest you have ever been.

That first cosmic guidance - channeling Rumi.  :)  Breathe and stretch.  Expect changes.  I will keep all my cosmic guidance in mind as I work through the day.  Think of the positive that can come out of my confusion.  I need to look back and see where I was mentally at this time last year.  This day last year:  Stabilizing my mind and soul in the coming weeks.  Feels like a positive year end.  I will try to lean in and let it happen...keep a good thought for that.  I will let go of leaving my Sr Disc $ on the table by shopping yesterday and not today.  :)  Can't get much closer to naval gazing than that line of thinking...  Keep a good thought that I am open to what the universe offers me.  Have a good Tuesday.  

Have to smile in that I was "fussing" about Shoprite shopping on Monday rather than Tuesday this week last year.  :)  Did remind me that today is washing clothes and running dishwasher.  Open to the universe!  Fingers crossed. Will need to swing by library on tail end of walk today.  I will be finishing up my first in the Krueger mystery series by end of day today.  It has caught me for sure.   Have a good Tuesday.
