This popped up as I listened to a Leonard Cohen song sent to me by a CA DC person...can't make this stuff up.  The song was Going Home.  And a "vintage" Oprah episode - The Best of The Oprah Show: Wisdom from The Dying.  Always interesting what bring me to mind in people and what pops up along that journey.  Listened to a WBD.  Ran into my massage person on the tail end of my walk and mid way for her.  Talked to TX friend.  She is back in TX.  NM for her daughter's baby shower.  Her family has been crisscrossing the country for a bevy of activities.  

Cleaned apt. Walked with family friend and grandson.  Went to library to pick up my latest "orders".  GREAT noon EOLD session.  Skill Share for Nervous System Support, with Lisa Marie  I am starting to have a little muscle memory on her "arc" activity.  First thing - confirm I am safe and breathing.  Sounds like a good start to any encounter.  :)  Talked to sister #1 as she plans her trip north.  Have not heard from son since he got to Miami.  Hope his trip is going well.  PD buddy reported out on his word work and that he saw a great meteor shower overnight as he traveled town.  

Today nothing on the calendar.  Walk.  Reading.  Listening to Hedgeye as I write.
