Energizing day

Asking for help...not my MO, but felt good yesterday. I have a many item "to-do" list.  But the advisor made everything very do-able and would get me the results or answers I was looking for.  I am thinking I will do some thinking but I am thinking I will do some prelim, but will do the execution of list post my travel.  This travel is a big deal.  First airplane ride since 2019.  When I get back I will get to work and I am toying with the thought of hiring the advisor to assist and "package" it all up and reading all the fine print of my paperwork.  Also I thought it was "kismet" that the advisor is licensed in my state AND my son's.  I don't know if he would ever want to ask her for anything, but it does my heart good to know it is possible.  If I can have that in place and the doula contact.  I will feel better going forward.  We will see what he has to say about all that next weekend.  Will hope all this will ratchet down my worry meter.  It is a big thing now with "to-do" and travel - and cold weather.  I have to remember that winter is a planning season.  :)

Yesterday - left the apt at 9:20 a.m.  Was not sure how long it would take me to walk to advisor's office.  It was short.  :)  Got there at 9:40 a.m. for a 10 a.m. appt.  But the woman at the front desk was the younger sister of one of my classmates.  Too funny.  We had a fun talk.  Another brother still lives in their family home.  Her brother was a big planner for out 50th HS reunion.  Then my meeting.  Left at 11:30.  Got home and was so energized that I did my "regular" Thursday walk.  Got home again at 2 p.m.-ish.  PD buddy did a drive by at 4:30 p.m.  Let me know he is off with some buddies to Stratton to ski today - took the day off.  Back for work on Saturday but I have Ann Arbor DC in a.m. and then W&T book club.  I am thinking if we have the W&T we will be walking inside the community center.

Last night had the Coachella DC.  Announcement that Feb will be its last.  Many are going from virtual to in person and in this case the facilitators want to let life happen and see what direction that might take them.  They asked if any of the participants had any suggestions if they wanted to pop into a DC now and then...you know I gave them a few.  :)

Today - nothing on the square on my calendar...

Today is a good day to take chances, Libra. You may be quite successful if you're ready to defend the things you really care about. Pretend that you're the director of a film and that you've just met a potential producer for your movie. You just happen to have your script in hand. Are you ready to move up in the world? Are you ready for success?

You'll have a chance to strengthen your most intimate bonds, dear Libra, as Jupiter and Mercury share a sweet exchange. Nurture yourself and your closest companions, unlocking the doors to meaningful exchange. Just try not to get too distracted as Venus and Neptune square off, double-checking your to-do list before dreamy vibes cause you to float away. Make quick breaks from what does not serve you when the Taurus moon crosses over Uranus, offering opportunities to transform at lightning speed. Meanwhile, the sun and Pluto join forces in your house of domestic bliss, making it a good time to tidy up.

If someone challenges your authority today you must deal with them harshly. You are in no mood to give more than is expected of you and you are in even less of a mood to be friendly with people who would clearly like to replace you.

Good "guidance" today.  Am I ready for success?  Now that is a question that has been undercurrent...  I will try to commit, strengthen bonds, and not be distracted.  I am the queen of being distracted by shiny objects - or better said as what I thought were daunting objects.  :)

Have a good Friday.
