Might have to go banana shopping today...

Got this pic from NYC from my family friend walking partner and her daughter.  She is starting her birthday celebrations early.  :)  Perfect weather for a trip to the city.  

Got this message from my TX friend about her daughter's daughter.  Audrey Grace was born last Friday 2/2/24 at 12:13 p.m. She suffered an acute brain injury from lack of oxygen and has been in the NICU for the past week. After every effort, her medical team agrees Audrey's injury is so severe she will not overcome it and it will only get worse. We are taking her home on hospice on Monday.  Thank you for all your love and support - keep sending it, we need it more than ever.   Her son's son - no further report other than he went home on Friday.  What a week in the life of her family. 

Yesterday walk.  Ran into PD buddy, missed a visit from former school #1 co worker and her husband.  Ran into family friend and his wife.  He is a minister and to talk to him right before I got this message from my TX friend.  No coincidence in my life.  Might have to go out and about for bananas and grapes with the snow coming in on Tuesday.
