Ended the day with lots of tears. My TX friend's two kids both had babies on Feb 2 and both babies were in NICU and one is still there. Son's son went home yesterday. Daughter's daughter is still in NICU and will be there for awhile. She can't breathe on her own yet. And she was deprived of oxygen for time right after birth. TX friend was a NICU nurse in her working days so it might be a thing of knows too much, but we laughed and cried so I am glad I reached out to see how she was doing.
Reading my W&T book club book. Djinn Patrol on the Purple Line I am working on getting hooked. I will not give up, but it is not a page turner like my Kruegers. :) Today clean apt. Walk. Check accounts for any more tax documents. Could be record setting high temps for this time of year by Friday/Saturday. No complaints here. And for those who like winter - cold enough at night to make snow at the ski hills. Noon EOLD discussion. Will see if family friend will be available to walk this a.m.
