Started the day with the regular Wed family friend walk. On the walk TX friend sister texted family friend about meeting up at the cemetery. Family friend is on the cemetery board where TX friend's family members are buried. Parents, two brothers and some mementos from granddaughter's memorial event. So I didn't think anything was off at that point. Then I got home and went to the EOLD discussion with a great - July 24 - Nervous System Support - and just what I needed. So as soon as I logged off, I got a phone call saying "where are you?". TX friend's sister, classmate of sister #4 and family friend were all at the Fish House waiting for me to show up... TX friend had been texting family friend thinking she was talking to me. That set off lots of laughing once I got to the restaurant. Can't make this stuff up. So I had a good visit. Then went directly to the pool. The next move was then waiting for Aqua Fitness class. It was not too hot yesterday so 3 people did not show up for class so it was just two of us - me and one of the pool ladies. Then OUT like a light. Did get news during the day that PD buddy's daughter passed her driving test. Very good news.
Unless you intend to carry them out there is no point making threats – and since when have you been the sort to throw your weight around? If others won’t do what they have an obligation to do then simply end your association and move on.
