What a day AND got my chores done :)

Was hoping that I would have the pics my friend took yesterday but will be patient.  :)  But this is close.  This is what I wrote to my PD buddy this a.m. when he reported out his word work.  Very enjoyable day and the MAZDA even seemed to "enjoy" the ride.  Maybe they sprayed some of the old oil from the oil change on the rattle areas. :)  What a great spot this college friend has.  Clinton CT in the summer, Jacksonville FL in the winter.  Her family used to be a big car dealer family back in the day. Father was very politically involved on state level.  She was undercover drug and then homicide police person.  Quite a character. Other college friend and I just sit back and listen to the stories. Nice day.  Hostess got lobster rolls from a place in Clinton and we ate at her house, then walked to the town beach which is one block from her house!  Heavenly.  Theoretically family friend and I do Shoppes route today.  Rain or shine...

So yesterday - Shoprite $33/$15 day, spent most of my dollars in the produce section so hard to score real saving :),  I ran dishwasher.  Headed out.  Headed home at 3 p.m. Home and started load of clothes.  Then headed to town pool as that ran for a swim.  TX friend was back and forth on text.  She is going to call this a.m.  Curious as to what she has on her mind.  Other items on my calendar for the day - clean apt, walk, noon EOLD - Reflections of a Hospice Nurse with Carol Kinsey, pool,  And then depending on the weather Aqua Fitness.  :)  We will see what natures allows.  Tomorrow CT DC, Friday lunch with old college roommate at Bears Smokehouse, Lansing DC Sat a.m., quarterly Almeda DC on Sunday.
