New sneakers. New shopping place.

Decided that since Bob's went away, I needed to find a new place for cheap sneakers.  Couldn't wait much longer.  Busting out of bottom of both present sneakers.  Marshall's was my stop today post walk.  Definitely not a place that gives lots of choices, but size 7 under $50 is my desired buy and I found it.  Also was amazing to me to actually have to stand in a line where so many people were buying stuff.  Can't imagine that being an activity of one's day.  Sneakers and Shoprite.  

Yesterday brother called on his way to work, walk, Marshall's.  Brother's "lucky" number has always been 13.  And I had not noticed that it was Friday the 13th yesterday.  He was giddy.  Especially since he had a "knot to untie" at work when he got there.  :)  No word back yet from my phone call to set up a Tarot reading.  Today 9 a.m. Virginia, 2 p.m. W&T book club, 6:30 p.m. concert Matsiko Orphan Choir at family friend's church.  Did not get to my machine until 6 a.m. this morning...

I am too taken with my latest book - By Any Other Name-Picoult.  Loving it.  Spending more time reading at start and end of my days.
