Positive developments

Look of Lake Lure marina.  But other news from the area was better.  CCLD email to say property was not damaged.  Just no water or electricity.  Son's friends interviewed in an article and I saw a picture that the restaurant across the street from their house was using the outside patio as an outdoor kitchen and serving food so I am thinking that friends' house is OK.  Family friend Wednesday walking partner brought 2 dozen eggs with her.  And I traded her for the sewing machine.  AND it was Nervous System Support and Skill Share day with EOLD. And I found a DC in Lynchburg VA to attend at 5 pm.  Good line up for a day when I found out that brother's classmate who went home on hospice last Thursday died yesterday morning.  She would have been 66 on Oct 28. That a DC member living in Bat Cave NC said it might be Thanksgiving before she has electricity.  The owners of the restaurant across from son's friends' house were airlifted out of Bat Cave to Lake Lure. TX friend reported out that she will be having cataract surgery when she gets back from her CT trip next week.  MRI for a lymph node issue.  Makes me think about what has kept me out of the "sick room" all these years.  Solid story behind only getting served what I can handle.
