Date of the day and status.  :)  Spent too much time yesterday going through NC news. Son's buddy in the news again.  Can't really tell what life is like but time will tell. 

Walk. CT DC in afternoon.  One of the attendees going to Puerto Rico for two months to settle in son's family.  Another family opting to live in place other than continental US... I also thought about the Viewfinders show again.  How many of their episodes showcased places that have been altered forever by Helene.  Then I think about how my little town downtown is going to be altered forever by the Brewery taking over a building which now is only open for limited music and comedy shows...What of it when it becomes somewhere that "is hopping" - literally, figuratively, physically.  :)  

Today - walk.  Landlord and landlady came back yesterday afternoon from their 3 weeks at beach house.  Wonder how global warming will impact the cottage shut down timing. Heard from sister #1.  She and her gentleman caller are wracking up points for me on Stop and Shop card...Might need to see if I am "due" anything.  :)
