Sunny day

Need for sighs yesterday.  Started with a 9 a.m. walk. Former co worker was game for one of my regular walks so 5 miles it was.  :)  Then I got back home and picked up the book that needed to be returned to the library.  So walked up there for a book drop/pick up.  Son called on the way home so I sat on a picnic table near the river in the sun and chatted with him for a bit.  

UCONN-UNC women played last night.  Looks like it was a Geno night.  UNC men fared a bit (hugely) better.  :)

The thoughts you allow yourself to have will very much affect how you experience the events of the weekend. No matter how disruptive what occurs may be, keep telling yourself that it is all part of the wider plan and will come right in the end.
