Woke up to this number yesterday.  Good tip for the change suggestions and obstacle situation. :)  Picture from Hands Off rally from this past weekend from a friend in town I worked in NC.  AND via sister #1's LinkedIn I got this podcast.  Completely loved listening to it.  Michael Lewis is always on the right story at the right time. 6:25 minutes in Jon Steward nails it as to asking "how?"

Short walk day - again.  Knee feeling better.  Body just shuts me down for a few days every once in awhile.  Blog work.  Will wait "patiently" today to make sure son gets back to a very chilly home location...He is not going to be happy after 3+ months in warm weather.  FEN DC yesterday where a man from Cape Cod DC made a comment that I will be following up on .  Walk yesterday was to return finished The Humans.  Started The Mark of the Assassin last night.  Liking it already.  Another Daniel Silva.

Today - Shoprite - don't need much, clothes/dishes washing, CA DC, SD DC, Cape Cod DC.  Short walk.  With wind chill - cold today.  30-40 degrees and damp...  Yuck.  

If you need help of any kind today you must speak up and let friends and colleagues know. Asking for assistance is not a sign of weakness but a sign that you are aware of your own limitations – and in a very real sense that is a strength.
