No walk Saturday...

No walk and I am down to "one man standing" on my NCAA picks.  I did not watch any of the games yesterday but I will listen in to the news this a.m. to see what happened to Duke.  I do have to smile seeing coaches yesterday from back when I watched the tournaments with more interest.  Kelvin Sampson in the Oklahoma days and Bruce Pearl - Milwaukee, Tennessee?  Both seemed to have controversy attached to their names if my memory serves.  But not a problem now.  :)  

Yesterday - advil, ace bandage, W&T book club was inside at the library rather than walk in the rain, more reading of The Humans.  Should finish that today.  Haig's books are quick reads. Got a signal on "my machine" October 14 2025 no longer program support for the my laptop operating system.  Feel like life is piling on right now.  Cold, rainy day got me in that mood.  Unfortunately son called and he had to hear all about it...he was in sunny Tulum.  Had Lansing DC in the a.m.  They heard some of my angst too.  Oh well.  Today I think the knee will keep me from long walk again.  Alameda DC later this afternoon.  Was wondering if no walk would impact my sleep.  Luckily no.  Slept right through as usual.  

Clicked off all the Shoprite digital coupons this a.m.  Not sure where the balance of the day will take me except the DC.  If the rain stops, I might do a short walk.  I will see.

In this same vein, don't think that you need to buy tangible things for others in order to demonstrate your love for them.

Never have to worry about buying stuff, I will take the advice about being deliberate and well thought out.  Keep a good thought for that.  Have a good Sunday.
