What is up with my knee... :/

Knee not wrist, but I am wrapped up and advil-ing.  :)  I will hope that massage scheduled for Friday will lighten it up as to pain.  So not the usual for me to have aches and pains...  

Yesterday - Walk.  Volunteer work.  Talked to the Capitol Cemetery Doula. Sister texted DOGE at PC.  And I am wrapping my knee.  What a day.  Today Lansing DC.  Will pass on W&T book club - I will hope that it gets rained out.  I will keep my leg up and read my book.
