Rainy Saturday, waiting to hear from cousin re tomorrow visit

Yesterday took some twists.  Was sitting watching my Wednesday shows when PD buddy texted that if I was interested he was at the coffee shop down the block and available to accompany me on my walk so I "freshened up" - I was still in my pajamas at 10 a.m.... and headed down the block.  I did leave the breakfast dishes in the sink and bed unmade.  Not my usual start.  So we went for a walk and he shared that he and girlfriend were breaking up...this was to be "door #2" as of an engagement over Christmas 2024...they had dated, broken up, got back together with another girlfriend in between...unfortunately he had moved in with her in January so now he is apt hunting again.  Those kids.  :)  He was also in the lawyer's office this past week re door #1 money issues.  Yikes, what a drag.  But we had a good walk and he talked it out.  

So Wednesday shows, walk, worked on blog stuff, heard from son, sorry to see this this morning:  Tigers-Orioles game postponed; split doubleheader Saturday.  He was supposed to be at game for his birthday.  Heard from sister #6 and son's buddy in Tarpon Springs for happy birthing day.  Went for a second walk later in the afternoon since it was so nice out.  I really need to find my shorts...luckily tomorrow my long pants will work for cousin visit, brunch/lunch/linner meal, walk.  

Today...nothing on paper calendar and rain is forecast for the day...we will see.  

You may be suspicious about what a loved one is up to but it’s unlikely to be anything serious. The fact that they are being more secretive than usual should not be taken as a sign of bad intent. Maybe they are cooking up a surprise for you.
