Drinking hot coffee is probably not a good thing this a.m. :)

Hot coffee on a hot morning...oh well.  It has been a day.  Yesterday I took a very hot walk and went to the pool.  Also got some very interesting feedback from my post on the FEN blog.  Everyone has an opinion and that is OK.  I continue to hope that everyone can hold their opinion without trying to eliminate other's opinions.  Another oh well for the day.  One reader ask if I would come and speak to her group.  More "interesting".  

ZEN DC last night.  No sharing, was just glad to just sit "in the room".  

Today - I will temper my activity a bit.  I need no more sun.  Listening to Lyle Lovett being interviewed by Kyle Petty as we speak.  Not sure why this came up in my youtube "algos".  They are sitting in Spring TX.

Great cosmic guidance for me this a.m.  Lots going on, lots to think about.  Cool, calm and collected - not my "look" as we speak, but I will try to get there.  Have a good Tuesday.  Shoprite, chores, CA DC, pool.  Will see about walk.  Did car ballet yesterday and glad I did.  Will leave car on the street for now.  Can't wait until work on building next door is done.  Thought for sure they would be idle in the heat.  Another "that is what I get for thinking" moment.
