Interesting start to the week

It was 5:55 p.m. when I looked down during the ME/CA DC.  Glad to see that "signal" with all that is going on.  Volunteer blog post went live last night.  One comment so far as of 5:13 a.m.  Subscribers get "pinged" at 9 a.m. on Mondays that there is a new post.  It was a day of walk to Unionville, walk to and from the pool - car not blocked in, I just felt like more walking, two DC's.  Reading latest C Johnson.  Heat.  Full day.  

Today ZEN DC tonight after a hiatus by facilitator.  Not sure what else on my calendar outside of walk, swim, ZEN.  :)  

It’s not like you to give in to negativity but some self-doubt has crept into your thinking in recent weeks and it must be controlled. Act as if you cannot fail and, when things do go wrong occasionally, pretend it’s of no importance.

PSS:  I helped my landlady with a NYT crossword answer while I was on my walk yesterday and found a scone on my stoop when I got home!  :)
