And thought-full was right... :)

"Noon EOLD - "Understanding Hospice & Palliative Care" topic, movie at 3 p.m. - "National Arts & Culture Series: Herself to the End - A VSED Journey with Fran Volkmann" and GA DC-ish group with another movie at 7 p.m. - "The Last Journey". Selected as Sweden's entry for Best International Feature Film at the 97th Academy Awards, "The Last Journey" is the most-watched documentary in Swedish history. "

Yikes, gave myself a bit TOO much to think about yesterday and one of the swimming ladies had me revisiting the article in the NYTs this past weekend.  The Volkman story is how every life should have agency to end if chosen.  And it was interesting that for once a story was east coast situated.

Nothing on my paper calendar for today.  Phew.  :)  I did flip my calendar to September.  Nothing in any of the square left for August except put brother's birthday card into the mail and I will remember that.  Today I will get it to the post office.  Family friend asked if I wanted to drive up to her farm for the day.  She would be visiting some of her cousins who "have this week".  Not surprisingly to her, I passed.  :)

So yesterday cleaned apt, walk, ran into another former school #1 co worker on my walk - did my heart good, then into the noon, 3, 7 sessions on the machine.  First day of school in town and the road was lined with parked cars for the "meet the teacher" day at the Intermediate School.  We passed a girl on our walk who looked distressed and I made mention to family friend that I passed many distressed teenagers when I walk this route during the school year.  But in this case, when we were near the high school and I was talking to former co worker a man came up to my friend who was standing off to the side and he asked he if he had seen the girl we had seen a few minutes earlier.  She pointed him the direction from which we came.  I hope they found her and she is OK. School is not the safe place it once was.  Then I hear the news of the day at a church school in MN.

Trying to finish my latest Silva...I am not moving fast through it.  Today - it is "late" as we speak - 5:37 a.m. But 10 a.m. to Post Office, then walk, then we will see what shiny object distracts me today.  Want to listen to last night's BOS meeting.  Naming rights for some of the athletic facilities is tied to one of sister #4's best friend's sister.

The influence of Mars in your sign does wonders for your confidence but don’t get carried away and believe you are invincible. Even if you really are an unstoppable force there is an immovable object up ahead, so slow down before it gets messy.

Brush off the opinions of others and create stability for yourself, dearest Libra, as the Scorpio Moon aspects Venus and the sun. It may be time to take a break from certain connections, especially if you've been dealing with competition or negativity. Social media distractions should also be shelved, giving your imagination a chance to speak louder than the outside world. Real magic finds you this afternoon while Neptune and Uranus align, creating a dreamy and unpredictable environment. Love flourishes and wishes come true under this cosmic climate, inspiring you to go out on a ledge and seek what the heart desires.

Some news about money, perhaps a check in the mail you've been waiting for still might not come. This could be frustrating, Libra, especially since there isn't much you can do about it. It will come, so the best thing to do is distract yourself and get your mind off it. Find a good book and catch up on your reading!

Have to smile with that first and last cosmic "guidances".  Slow down and catch up on my reading.  Good tips for today.  AND magic - "real magic" popping up again in the second.  Feel guided for sure as I start the day.  Have a good Thursday.
