Cemetery Saturday

Our "team" did not make much of a mark, but the Cedar Hill Cemetery Scavenger Hunt was entertaining if nothing else :).  Trinity College women's basketball team were the volunteer helpers.  Oh well.  My team members did spin me by Katharine Hepburn's grave marker on the way out.  A Dong Supermarket shopping center and walked the market.  And then lunch at Shu Restaurant - very good dumplings, cold noodles dish, scallion pancakes.  Then home for a quick walk before the sky opened up.  All calm in a few minutes.  

Did pass on my class' 55th reunion.  Did run into a classmate on my short walk.  That was good.  Breakfast planned with another classmate and her husband this a.m.  

Urn owner found.  Police: Family of urn found on trail in Canton have been located.  Can't make this stuff up.  

Today, breakfast, walk.  Will see what the weather will support.  W&T book club and town Dem town committee picnic both got moved to next Saturday.  The only thing I ended up missing was the Lansing DC.  Does meet on Wednesday night.  

Brother's birthday today.  No response to the card I sent.  But this day last year was one of the best so I am so grateful for that memory.  

Football - UNC win, recovery day for many teams - Clemson, Texas...not so much UCONN.
