Well that was a great Sunday

Missed the class reunion of Saturday night, but had the best visit for Sunday.  Classmate and her husband met me for breakfast and then we walked and talked.  10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Great visit and lots of memory lane review. 

The other thing that caught my eye over the weekend - people are catching on to "my store" I discovered on my December 2024 travels.  Good old Dollar Stores.  :)

So yesterday, it was raining in the a.m. but I walked up to the restaurant we were meeting at.  Then we drove back to Main St and walked around there and then they hung around the apt for a bit.  Such good people.  Did not realize they lived only about 15 minutes from where I was at the fair last week.  Oh well.  

Wondering this a.m. if my brother ever opened the card I sent him for his birthday...  Did talk to sister #1.  She and the gentleman caller will be off to the Cape today.  She stayed at her house a bit longer due to a plumbing issue that she wanted to get more of a handle on before she left for a month.  The joys of home ownership.  

Today - walk.  3 p.m. FEN DC.  I am a bit off kilter about the chatter by the new leadership re the blog...I might have to step away.  We will see.
