4:00 a.m. just reading an email that NC friend sent at 11:59 p.m. yesterday. Not the result I had hoped for at UNC. Not that married to the coach, but am always routing for the teams. Will watch the highlight video after writing. Onward and upward.
Yesterday - 8:45 a.m. pick up to head to 3 County Fair in Northampton MA. Good visit with family friend and good field trip to part of the New England world I have not been to much. Dropped me home at 2:30 p.m. and I answered some emails and then headed out for my walk. Not the usual time for my walk, but it worked. Got email from son, we will talk today. He was off to a Labor Day party in Hamtramck. No Mexico for him or me in December. Very grateful he got me off that train of thought. I need to "shop local" for connections and support. :)
Today - Shoprite, wash clothes, run dishwasher, walk, talk with son. Nothing on my paper calendar. Looking forward to tomorrow's EOLD - Herbs and Earth Practices for Grief and C&C - National Arts & Culture Series - Vanishing: a Love Story with Sandra Luckow. Had to refresh my memory on that presentation: This webinar features Filmmaker Sandra Luckow discussing her new documentary Vanishing: A Love Story which explores award-winning novelist Cai Emmons open-hearted journey towards death. We will explore the themes of the film - end-of life decisions, self-determination and personal agency - and what it means to find your voice. She will be joined by Cai's husband Paul Calandrino. But it is today, so I will see what bubbles up. Don't need much at the store, but the "For You" coupons will get me in the door - bananas, store brand bread (free loaf!), strawberries, grapes.
Just "clipped" all the digital coupons at Stop & Shop. Sister #1 will be hitting their next week and for through Oct 8. I will hope she will see her savings. :)
It would be nice to turn back the clock and undo a mistake that you made but you know that isn’t possible so get over it and move on. Besides, why would you want to undo that mistake when it has taught you so much about yourself?
You'll feel more reclusive and in need of change throughout the coming weeks, sweet Libra, as Mercury enters Virgo and your solar twelfth house. New secrets could emerge during this time, and it'll be crucial to digest the information that comes to light to adjust your perspective and make informed choices. Indulge in nostalgic comforts later today when the sun and Capricorn moon align. A desire to nurture and be nurtured will stir, marking the perfect excuse to hide away with someone you treasure. Embrace romance, but don't get lost in a fantasy while Mercury and Neptune enter an unbalanced aspect this evening.
Is it time to take a more drastic approach to solving a problem, Libra? If you've made several attempts to resolve your trouble to no avail, it might be something to consider. As long as drastic doesn't equate with destructive, you may find it works to try something more aggressive. Be careful. Think things through first. Run any ideas past a trusted friend.
Good cosmic guidance. Shared with son and my cousin yesterday. Will hope to continue those conversations over the coming days. We are now in meteorological fall so opening for moving into a new season for me too. :) Have a good Tuesday.
PS: Had to smile when I read UNC coach's cosmic guidance for Sept 1 and today. :) Now that I know he is a fire sign, I need to check his lady friend's sign. :) Yesterday: It may appear as if the world is against you at the moment but that simple isn’t true. The only thing that is actually wrong is that you seem determined to see life through a dark and dreary lens. Try expecting the best instead of the worst. Today: Cosmic activity in the wellbeing area of your chart makes this the ideal time to start a new fitness regime – but don’t overdo it! Your all-or-nothing Aries nature could easily nudge you into taking on too much too soon, so be sensible. He might be doing a well-being check after last night. :)
