Local news was the big news

Nothing on my paper calendar for today.  Wed shows.  Write to son. Long walk. Cracked the window this a.m. in the kitchen.  3:27 a.m. as we speak.  Woken up at 10 p.m. last night by text ping.  But right back to sleep.  1:11 p.m. signal after EOLD.  Then enjoyed the author talk.  

Yesterday - cleaned apt, checked election results and talked to sister #1 about her first election day working experience.  Glad it was her and not me.  Listening to All-In in the background.  

Uninspired to write this...will see where the day takes me.

Had to smile when I did my cash flow report this a.m. - last 12 months -$580.22, last 9 months $475.66 surplus, last 6 months $3365.33 surplus, last 3 months $684.87 surplus.  Pretty close to my goal of living under my means.  With the big trip, new computer - still worked.
