Yesterday - Cleaned apt, great EOLD, even me as a non-practitioner. Deanna Flores Cochran is a pistol and great guide to being successful - mind, body and spirit - whatever you set as your goal. That group is such a gift. Then FIC webinar. I did some search for "what are you looking for" with the https://communityfinders.com/ "They" said I was looking for a commune. :) But then I had to remember what I wrote in the blog post that will be up on Sunday night. I do feel safe and seen in my present setting. I can do everything I need to do on foot. I trust the people around me. I am not good on outreach but I do believe if push comes to shove I would have help. I will see to working through this next phase without geographic relocation. Then last night GA DC. Great group of accomplished people who invited me in based on my June blog post on GDS blog. Gift to me for sure. I look to what my contribution can be. The original outreach was for to speak at their Feb meeting but then they invited me in. I go back to my morning feeling of being led and supported. I will ask massage lady to work on getting my chakras aligned for next week - Thanksgiving and siblings. :/ Apprehension but also I feel there will lessons learned for all.
No Chicago shows to watch this a.m. What is all the deal about WICKED...I don't do movies, but then they take a night away from Chicago as hours long commercial for the movie. Travesty. :)
Today - GREAT start to day with the latest GeriPal episode. More gifts to me - the doctors of the podcast and their guests. Wrote to sister #1 about palliative care as we talk about two of her classmates - one with prostate cancer under treatment and the other with chronic pain without getting any positive ID if it is skeletal, muscular, neural - hopping from specialist to specialist.
Nothing on my paper calendar for Friday and Saturday. In prep for Thanksgiving - Sunday E/W DC and Albany CA DC, Monday ZEN DC, Tuesday CA DC that I will view from sister #4's - want to get safely to her house before the DC...Ready or not, Thanksgiving with siblings here I come.
