An apple cart mess yesterday :)

This is what I felt like most of yesterday.  Snow would not stop.  Sister #4 cancelled her trip, the basketball game she was coming up for was cancelled.  I never heard from friend who was up from Florida for daughter's baby shower at her step mother's.  I did not put my big girl pants on and drive over to the local library in the town over for the "The Other Side" documentary.  I shoveled twice.  Early morning easy.  Afternoon crusty.  AND as soon as I had taken my shower and changed out of my shoveling garb, my across the hallway neighbor moved his car so I could have done some "clean up on aisle 6" in his parking space but I was not going to re-dress and go out.  Did "go" (zoom) to the presentation by Dr. Pope.  Very interesting.  And reinforcing of my thoughts.  Recognized quire a few of the people in the room of more than 250 people.  Then did not turn the news on.  Just got into bed and read.  I will probably finish Firstborn today.  

Woke up to an email from neighbor asking if I wanted to brave the snow to stop up for coffee today.  Sounds good to me after all my "people" things of last week crumbled.  :)  Will wait to see what time works best for her.  I will do come car ballet work today.  Looks like more snow today and it is going to be a bear de-crusting car and parking space.  

Today - shoveling, car ballet, neighbor's, nothing on my paper calendar.  Very glad that tomorrow I will have PA DC and rescheduled from last week ZEN DC.
