Full day and more this a.m. at...5:55 a.m. Yikes.

Another "late" morning.  It was a full day of thought and input.  And met with an email this a.m. telling me to watch the extended interview of Ben Sasse.  Will do that this a.m.  Sun and forecast for near 70 today.  Shorts are coming out for my walk.

Yesterday I missed the mother's maid of honor's family dinner invite, but I would have missed two events yesterday that hit me deeply yesterday.  Long walk.  No Unionville yet, but did my new Sunday extender.  Sibling call.  Tea with 86 yr old swimming lady.  Covered a lot of topics - town politics, her medical directives which her doctor asked for an update, death of a RPCV from her era in Philippines, dementia of one of her friend's husband...Then on to HSSD presentation "Meet Sean Davison: Wanted for Ending the Suffering of People on 3 Continents".  The involvement of Archbishop Desmond Tutu before his death was critical to his not being in jail.  England's law about accompanying people to Switzerland is in need of change.  Went back and forth with GA DC facilitator after presentation comparing out impressions of Mr. Davison.  Then on to Albany CA DC.  More good discussion.  My Jay Z quote got the conversation

off to a good start.  Four Levels of Consciousness: A Guide to Meaningful Relationships. Life’s contexts can be explored through four levels of consciousness: To Me (victim consciousness), By Me (responsibility consciousness), Through Me (surrender consciousness), and As Me (oneness consciousness).  Lots of people who are deeper thinkers than I am in the group...  :)  That is the good news.
