Casablanca

Great movie! I had never seen it before. Intro by the Gilmore Girls grandfather was excellent. I know he has done lots of other things, but that is what I visualize when I see him. He gave a great overview of the making of the film. The friend that I "changed plans" with last Saturday went with me and she understood my reasoning.

Almost was going to call a plumber - handle for the shower faucet was acting up and I had no idea how to diagnose the problem UNTIL the cap off the faucet front fell off in my hand exposing a loose screw...I guess the higher powers knew I needed a visual "clue". Love that when it happens. I tightened it up and all is good again.

Trying to decide if I need to recall the message I sent last night re the overpayment the business office did to all employees this last pay period. I will see if has been read yet and then go through the thought process again. I just don't think I can live with myself if I don't share it with someone who was involved in the process.

Off to see Hamlet tonight. Shakespeare in the Park type deal at a local college. I will meet up with a co-worker who has the summers off. She is taking care of all the details. Good plan in my mind.

Haven't heard anything about dinner plans for tomorrow. Busy week and the weekend is not developing as "alone time" - hope I figure out how to get my re-charge this weekend.
