Post Monday meeting and dinner

I am still in distress from the dinner - too much food and nothing that really made my heart sing. But I got my walk in before and after dinner so that was good news. Meeting went well and I am feeling good about the expectations on my fellow "staffers". Should make my life easier on the work front.

Need to check and see if I will have company to go see Casablanca tomorrow. Not a problem if I go alone, but I will reach out to try and redeem myself from my solitary slant of this past weekend. Thursday night I am going to see if my friend wants to come out for the town band concert - I will keep my eye on the weather report. Friday night dinner with two of my cousins in Hartford. Saturday new refrigerator will be delivered. Sunday taking the parents to their friend's 90th birthday party in Massachusetts. That pretty much "makes" the week.

I am fasting today. I have to clear out my system from too much eating yesterday.
