Wednesday

Finally found time to make my bed at 6 p.m. yesterday. As I shared with a friend this a.m., I don't know how I found time for regular work...I even said out loud yesterday, "I like people"! And my cosmic guidance for the week was a pat on the back:

"It seems to me that in 2009 you've learned to love the fact that all the world's a stage. You've found roles that have been fun to play, and you've expressed yourself with the nuanced zeal of a skilled actor in an elaborate theatrical production. I have very much enjoyed seeing you reveal the full range of your inner riches. If I were going to award Oscars to the astrological signs, you Libras would get the prize for "Best Performance of One's True Self.""

What a nice thought to start my day!!!

It is snowing like crazy right now. Certainly nice not to have to get anywhere except to move my car by 10 a.m. down to the town hall lot.

Had a great meeting with a money guy yesterday. I feel very positive about where I sit financially as we speak and even better about what he can assist me with as I move forward. I spent time at the Town Hall with my ROV boss for most of mid day. Went for a great walk. Worked on lots of volunteer work last night.

This a.m. was renewing memberships for 2010, making my annual UNC donation to The Stone Center, making sure I am current with HBSC so I can take advantage of the new 2010 Book Club and the Salons.

Plans for today are morphing due to the weather. We will see where it all leads. I will get a walk in the snow in somewhere.

Was filling my calendar with basketball games - nieces and my old school; seminars and meetings, salons, trip to NYC next Wednesday. January and February could be as busy as December is - not a bad dilemma for someone who needs to be busy to be happy. But on the relaxing side of things, I have had relaxing meals and stopped by the library on my walk yesterday to pick up a new book.
