Real world - back to it

"Libra is a cardinal sign, meaning you want to get on in the world. Of course, not everyone born under the sign of the Balance is rampantly ambitious but it's true you could be doing more and doing better. So do it."

Good thing that I like my apartment and the hot weather broke!  It would have been a rough day otherwise.  Traffic coming south yesterday was heavy and it was hot and I don't use my air conditioning...any surprise there?  So stayed in the lake until 10:30 a.m. and finished packing and left at 11 a.m.  On the way home I called my father - traffic was not moving fast enough for me to get me to his house yesterday but will meet a couple of sisters there today so that all worked out.  So drive home, wash clothes, church, ran into one of my co-workers from former work #1, thought about taking a walk to work #1 to say hi, but I really needed to take a shower.  I dropped the books I have finished at the library book drop.  Kept the one I am still reading.  NO reading yesterday and I flipped through the TV after no regular TV for two weeks.

Trying to set a plan for my "so do it" direction.  I am feeling it, but I am not seeing my path yet.  I will try to get focused this week now that I am not under the trance of the lake.  I kept listening for the waves lapping against the dock as I slept last night - but just quiet.

Today - need a new bathing suit at OSJL's; Shoprite; father's; walk.  Not sure if I can get psyched to go to the town pool...Lake Winnipesaukee set the bar a bit TOO high for future swimming options.

Tomorrow - work #2.  See if I can settle in and get back to work.  Tuesday pick up a friend and her daughter at the airport rental car return and have them stay over until I take them back to the airport for them to head home.

I will see how plans are going for mother's memorial.  Sisters I am meeting today should have an update.

Think I will do an early a.m. Shoprite run so that is behind me.

Back to the real world - keep a good thought for that.
