Great connection between my reading the Grohl book and my PD buddy's new ladyfriend had just gotten tickets for Foo Fighter concert in Boston in July 2024. Too funny. He went on Amazon and bought the book. Too funny that he "found out" about the book during the courtship phase. I do have it on my calendar to pick up another book at library tomorrow. Should be done with Grohl by end of day Thursday. Did go to CA yesterday. Love listening to a lady who lives in Patagonia as she talks about spring coming as I am pulling out my half mittens. :) But also the reminder that the US buddies up with Halloween type celebration at this time of year when Dia de los Muertos would be so much better for our souls.
Was sharing with PD buddy about my "late start" this a.m. Was woken up at 2:30 a.m. with what I thought was a landscaper gone mad - leaf blowing at that time of day. PD buddy was working overnight so he set me straight. You are correct, someone WAS using a leaf blower! They were doing some line striping last night. Too funny.
Today - family friend walk, clean apt, EOLD lunch time zoom - my monthly favorite session of Skill Share for Nervous System Support, with Lisa Marie, Lansing tonight. SIL's new hip operation today, friend from college's b'day. Like a train wreck - I will not be able to keep myself from buying a Powerball. :) Tomorrow walk with a former co worker and then Massage Thursday!
