Life happens when I walk :)

Started my walk later than usual yesterday and the lady I had emailed about giving me some help on some money review stuff, drove by and stopped and said let's set something up for next week.  Roamed through Shoprite to see what I need to have on my list for next week.  Suggested a new route to family friend for walk when she has her grandson.  Rails to Trails is still a bit slushy yet.  We will see where the rain tonight leaves us.  

Son called to see if I want a boat ride on my activity list for when I am with him in FL in a couple of weeks.  Finished Lincoln book.  It is the kind of book that needs more time than I gave it, but I am glad I read it.  Will move back to First Ladies, then on to next Krueger.  

Not much listening - Conv on Death, Pivot about Musk, finishing up the tail end of two Rich Roll's. Interesting phrase in the Roll about age.  "Portfolio life versus career life.  Time affluence."  Episode is hard listen for me since it speaks to the life I have built. "Transition rather than change...  Regeneration versus retirement." :/  PD buddy swung by on shift yesterday.  He is doing a double today so I will see him on my walk today.  Got a belated gift from TX friend.  Essential oils for the diffuser she gave me years ago.  I am thinking she saw that I was out of oils...I fired it up with peppermint yesterday.  :)  When diffused, Peppermint Essential Oil can boost energy, clear the respiratory tract, stimulate circulation, alleviate feelings of nervous tension and stress, and soothe feelings of irritability.  Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Frankincense queued up. 

Today - drop off Lincoln, walk.  Plan for day tomorrow - wrestling match viewing is a destination.
