Wild weather day :)

Thought about the Mori coins as I reviewed my day yesterday.  Earlier than usual walk.  Heat thought and noon CLI symposium.  So I walked, did some more research on the Silvernest site.  So intrigued.  Hoping my brother will call soon so I can ask him to look at the Morrisville listing.  Listened to Prof G and Ray Dalio.  Noon CLI session was great!  Looked back and saw my previous listens to Dr. Kerr were with Mission Hospice and EKR foundation.  Listening to one I missed yesterday as we speak.  Palliative medication -
Examining Stages of End of Life Consciousness: A Look at Palliative Sedation.
I will repeat this listen - so many aspects related to this particular conversations. Running into a sh__ show at end of life is such a sin in our day of advanced medicine.  If we could apply that smart thinking to meeting the end of life wishes of individuals. Why do medical professionals put themselves through all gyrations and committee meetings instead of just addressing the needs of the patients  Interesting angles in this particular case study of palliative sedation, VSED, suicide attempt by self administered medication. I always have to smile when I hear of people who "save up drugs"...I have never had a prescription drug in my adult life.  I have never believed in medicine. People's "life story" as part of their "death story". We put such energy into avoiding the inevitable.  I do not want to be a case study in "heartbreaking case" as the moderator referenced about the case study being reviewed.  Will listen to all the sessions at some point.  Rwanda session for sure needs a second listen!

Post Dr. Kerr, I was off to the pool.  Talked to the pool ladies about my listen and local politics.  Good there is no taping device poolside.  :)  Today need to check out for one of the pool ladies whether a former package store has turned into convenience across the bridge.  Then my regular Saturday walk.  Pool.  Tomorrow CA ME DC and CA Albany DC.  Looking forward after all the info from the symposium.  Sad that no ZEN on Monday.  Facilitator is at a conference.

If someone in a position of authority makes you the kind of offer you find hard to refuse you would be wise to think about it very carefully before you accept. Also, if they want you that badly you may be able to negotiate for much better terms.

The fire is raging today, so be careful, Libra. Try not to be too impulsive in your actions. Your natural tendency may be to lash out against others without really thinking about the consequences. If you find yourself getting hot under the collar, you might need to take a step back from the situation and settle down. Pursue your goals, but make sure that you don't do so at the expense of others.

Emotionally charged dreams could hinder your ability to enjoy restorative slumber, darling Libra, due to a harsh connection between the Capricorn moon and Venus. Luckily, Mars steps up to help you shake off this funk, inspiring you to let go of what is not serving you in order to follow your passions. This cosmic climate also promotes change and transformation, asking you to consider how you wish to be reborn. Drama could find you this afternoon when a rare grand cross graces our skies, especially if you've been struggling to balance your romantic, work, and love lives recently.

I will try to keep the "hot under the collar" strictly a weather related heat...  Keep a good thought for that.  :)
