PD buddy and his getaways... :/

Mont Tremblant in Quebec.  PD buddy and his lady friend/I guess now fiancee, were off to Canada for the weekend.  Interesting "glamping" enclosure...where do people find these places?  :)  But the day took on a bit of yin and yang.  Sister #4 called to say that a family friend had died.  He was 62 ish, 4 adult children, second marriage.  His sister - a very big town figure in our small town - died in October of 2024.  Again it makes me look at our sibling group - ranging in age of recently 74 to 64 by end of 2025.  All still kicking...  That drew me to my second pic of the day.  Life going on in spite of all that is going on.  Talked to TX friend.  Their family lived right up the street from the man who died.  Their families ties were deep.  TX friend family - 8 kids, 6 alive now.  TX friend is in NM.  Her daughter is due to give birth on March 19.  Her daughter's first baby died in February 2024 at the age of 11 days.  Much anticipation this week.  Lots of thoughts with all the news on the table this week.  The image and words of the phoenix hit me this a.m.  And I feel a bit like the flower out of asphalt...will see where the day takes me.

I was encouraged by my work on the The Good Death Society Blog.  Will do some more outreach today.  But today is Sr Disc Tuesday at Shoprite, CA DC, and IOWA DC.  And walk.  And picking up a new book at library.  I will keep moving.  4:16 a.m. as we speak.  Plenty of time for all.  :)  AND it is pancakes with granola day so no stopping me today.

Son due to land in FL tomorrow.  Will see if I get any outreach while he is on US soil.  And whether he is back to Mexico or staying in the US...

If you are asked to undertake a job you have no experience in today it might be wiser to turn it down. That won’t be easy, of course, as you always hate to say “No” but on this occasion it could save you from a lot of grief.

Try not to question the blessings that have befallen you recently, sweet Libra. As the Scorpio moon and Jupiter form an unbalanced connection, you may start to feel nervous instead of grateful for the gifts you so cherish. Motivational energy finds you when Luna aspects Mars later this afternoon, putting you in a position to make some significant power moves. Focus on where you want to be, then move purposefully in that direction. Actively recover from all the hard work you've put in by properly hydrating, fueling, and pampering your body once Saturn activates later tonight.

Success is flowing into your life, particularly in career matters, and it's time to savor it, Libra! You're feeling optimistic and enthusiastic, riding high on recent achievements. Your creative projects are thriving, and connections, especially with the opposite sex, are smooth and fulfilling. This day promises warmth and positivity, with moments that deepen your bonds with loved ones. Signs of progress abound, reinforcing your path forward. Make the most of this energy by enjoying an evening out. Celebrate your victories and treat yourself—you’ve earned it!

Hmmm...celebrate victories, say no...will see how those both manifest today.  First things first, pancakes and Shoprite.  :)  Have a good Tuesday.
