Behind schedule...at 6 a.m. :) AND rabbit, rabbit, rabbit

Have to smile as I feel "behind schedule" at 6:02 a.m.  I went to bed yesterday realizing that I did not clean my apt yesterday or start my monthly financial update.  :)  I went from 9 a.m. walk to noon EOLD discussion group, to 1 p.m./90 minute EKR Foundation talk with Barbara Karnes...then I went outside for a walk around the block to let what I had heard in the last few hours sink in.  And then I found myself in bed reading by 6:30 p.m. to get woken up at 7:30 p.m. text from my former school #2 boss reminding me that the Spring Musical is next weekend but she won't be able to go because she is having a hysterectomy on Tuesday!!!!!  Can't believe reminding me about the Spring Musical - which she and I usually go to together over the years - was on her to-do list when she has surgery on Tuesday...that is so her.  No detail as to the why behind operation.  I will check in with the person in my old job to see what she can share.  

So today - I did my financial report.  Not as disastrous as I had anticipated. Have a backlog on blog work also... Will clean apt after I finish meal #1.  Walk.  At 6 p.m. - End of Life Choices - NY lecture:  featuring Thad Pope, one of the world’s foremost experts on the law and ethics of MAiD.  I am a complete fangirl for Dr. Pope.  

Better get cracking.  :)

Try to stay focused and be your usual practical, objective self. It might not come as easily for you as it usually does, but you can do it. Have some coffee and make a list of what needs to be done. Sometimes that's all it takes.
