Back on the swim wagon and angel numbers!

"Slow down and step back" was ONE of the appearing angel numbers' "tips" yesterday.  I tried to stay quiet but I did not inspired by another geri-pal related activity - the interviewers were the interviewees on a linked in video.  VERY good.  So many smart people out there I can't wait until their voices drown out the medical money people.

Lots of reading and writing for me yesterday.  Sent another article off to the blog coordinator.  She is talking about maybe a 3-part series of what I have sent her for her file cabinet.  We will see.  So yesterday write, walk, swim (it was a bit chilly for most so swimming ladies passed so it was just me and the kids from the town Autism Center.  Long hot shower when I got home.  :)  What a difference a day makes on the weather 90's to 70's.  Will hope the ladies are back today.  

Today - I am listening to All-In as we speak.  Lansing.  Will try to do an abbreviated walk pre DC and then after.  Walk to pool.  Split brain - All In versus Geri Pal...Different levels and range of thinkers.  My brain is a jumble.  What else is new.  :)

This week - Alameda DC, FEN DC, EOLD.  Need to check in with cousin and two college friends.  Am going to defer visits until after Aug 24 and pool closes.  Hope that works for them.
