Truly beautiful day out

Pool conversation drifted to Last Tango in Halifax.  Swimming ladies are much better versed than I am on the PBS multiple series. (had to look up "plural of series" - This is an example of a "zero plural," where the word's form does not change between singular and plural usage. Therefore, you would say "a series" for one and "multiple series" for more than one.  In case you were interested.  

Yesterday - hour walk, then Lansing DC that was so - I don't know what the word is - but it was magical as to what cosmic dominoes fell to have the group together that we did.  I did share with the Nova Scotia attendee post DC the video my son did our of December trip.  And Albany DC host followed up after to share the impact the DC had on him too.  Magical.  Then walked to and from pool.  Lots of blog outreach work in a roundabout way. I get uplifted when I see that we moved from March 31 reader count of 322,475 to July 30 count of 380,324.  2022 87,552; 2023 163,423, 2024 287,887... Up and to the right as they say.  

The music from Music On Main Saturday did not keep me up like the Grindstone music did on Friday.  :)  

Today - walk to Unionville, pool, Alameda DC.  Spoke to sister #6 yesterday she was in New London for daughter's half marathon.  I get a bit put off by this being the focus of her exercise program...but maybe I am rushing to judgment on this one.  Will wait and see how she is doing when I see her in person.  Would rather she does not end up getting knees or hips replaced based on too much wear and tear on her joints.  I did my second marathon at 40 but I have not carried the weight she does and be a runner.  Like I said, it might be a rush to judgement by me.
